You have fitness goals, and we want to help you achieve them. Our fitness classes are designed to help you reach those goals in the safest and quickest way possible. During our hour long “bootcamp” style Fighter Fitness classes, you will be participate in many activities including: jogging, jump rope, bag work, weight lifting, tire flips, exercise ball use, box jumps, and other common exercises. Each exercise is not only designed to get you toned and fit, but can be modified to each person’s personal fitness levels. Our instructors love to shake things up on a daily basis to make sure you always have something new to try and do!
Ages 14 years old and up are welcome to join!
You will need the following equipment to participate: Boxing gloves, workout clothing, and running shoes.
