Kickboxing at Laselva is a combination of cardio, boxing, and martial arts to help you improve your strength, speed, flexibility, and coordination. These one hour class will help you kick your way into shape!

You will need the following equipment to participate: Boxing gloves, hand wraps, shin guards (optional)
