Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses, sometimes called “Vinyasa Flow Yoga”. This style of yoga places special emphasis on hips, shoulders, and the lower back. Vinyasa Yoga movements also increase flexibility, strength, and stamina, as it calms the mind and improves overall health. Our Vinyasa Yoga class will leave you feeling mentally and physically refreshed from all of life’s stresses.
